一篇學術論文投稿的所有流程是怎樣的？

1. SCI論文投稿之前需要準備什么？

投稿信（Cover Letter），寫明期刊名稱，文章類型（Paper，Article，Communication，Letter，Review），論文簡介，通訊作者姓名、工作單位、地址、郵箱、郵編等聯系方式。

圖片（Figures），通常為 Tiff 或 EPS 格式，根據期刊要求調整分辨率（DPI）。部分期刊需要單獨上傳圖片。

表格（Tables），放置在一個 Word 文檔中。部分期刊需要單獨上傳表格。

推薦及回避審稿人（Recommended and Opposed Reviewers）。根據期刊要求推薦及回避相關領域的審稿人。可從參考文獻，同行領軍者，多次為該期刊審稿或投稿的作者中選擇及推薦。

簽署版權轉讓協議書（Copyright Transfer Agreement），按照期刊要求簽署，Open Access期刊不用。

2. Cover letter

Although optional, the cover letter is an excellent opportunity to briefly discuss the importance of the submitted work and why it is appropriate for the journal. The cover letter is not shared with the referees, and should be used to provide confidential information such as conflicts of interest and to declare any related work that is in press or submitted elsewhere.

3. Main manuscript

The Nature journals are flexible with regard to the format of initial submissions. Within reason, style and length will not influence consideration of a manuscript. If revisions are requested, the editor will provide detailed formatting instructions at that time.

To facilitate the review process however, we strongly encourage you to incorporate the manuscript text and figures into a single pdf or Microsoft Word file. Suitably high resolution figures may be inserted within the text at appropriate positions or grouped at the end. Each figure legend should be presented on the same page as its figure. The reference list should include article titles. If providing a pdf, please number all lines. The submission system will number all lines in a Word document for you. We accept LaTeX files at the acceptance stage, but before that time please supply PDFs.

3. 開始投稿。

1. 注冊投稿系統。

1.1 首次使用請點擊Register Now，進行注冊。

1.2 填寫Given / First Name（名），Family / Last Name（姓）、E-mail Address（郵箱）。推薦使用ORCID（科研人員與投稿身份識別碼）注冊并登錄，請訪問：ORCID。

1.3 依次按要求填寫個人信息，紅色部分必填。如果以導師的信息進行注冊，Title（頭銜）處應填寫Prof. / Dr.。

1.4 繼續填寫相關信息。Available as a Reviewer根據個人需要，選擇是否以后作為該期刊的審稿人。

1.5 完成注冊，郵箱中收到注冊成功的郵件。

2. 開始投稿。

2.1 登錄投稿系統，開始投稿（Submit New Manuscript）。

2.2 選擇文章類型（Letter / Communication / Article / Review / Correspondence）。

2.3 鍵入標題（Title）。

2.4 添加作者（Author），勾選方框確認通訊作者（This is the corresponding author）。

部分期刊對于作者要求嚴格：We will not accept changes post-acceptance to the author list。因此要反復確認作者的排序、姓名、工作單位是否正確。完成投稿后再修改作者信息，需要提交Change of the Authorship Form。

2.5 填寫基金（Funding）。

2.6 選擇文章所屬分類（Category）。以化學為例，部分期刊將投稿分為Organic Chemistry，Inorganic Chemistry，Environmental Chemistry等類別，交由不同的副主編（Associate Editor）進行處理，以提高文章處理速度。

2.7 鍵入摘要（Abstract）。注意投稿指南（Guide for Authors）中的摘要字數限制。α、β、η等特殊符號可用右上方Insert Special Character進行輸入。

2.8 鍵入給編輯的信（Comments）。這里輸入的內容將不會呈現給審稿人。通常此處用作填寫Cover Letter（投稿信），但部分期刊會要求Cover Letter單獨在附件中上傳。

投稿信中除了對文章內容的總結、亮點的表述外，通常需要說明本文不存在一稿多投現象、沒有Conflict of Interest（利益沖突）。

2.10 添加附件（Attach Files）。根據投稿指南（Guide for Authors）中的要求，在不同的Item中上傳附件。稿件（Manuscript）為必須，部分期刊要求單獨上傳Figures（圖片）和Tables（表格）、Cover Letter（投稿信）、Table of Contents（圖摘）、Copyright Transfer Agreement（版權轉讓協議書）。也可上傳Supplementary Materials（附加材料），通常為非關鍵性的輔助數據、其他圖表、影片、音頻等。

注意投稿系統對文件的大小要求（Size）。全部上傳完成后可以用Order來調整順序，通常的排列順序為，Cover Letter、Table of Contents、Manuscript、Figure 1—N、Table 1—N、Supplementary Materials、Copyright Transfer Agreement。

2.11 生成PDF確認文件（Build PDF for my Approval）。

3. 投稿確認。

3.1 當投稿所用的PDF生成后，郵箱收到一封郵件。

回到投稿系統，點擊左側的Action Links，選擇Edit（繼續修改）或Approve（確認提交）。確認下載后的PDF無誤后，確認提交。

3.2 投稿成功，Submissions Being Processed（正在處理的投稿）數量為（1）。
